We would sell our slip for 90,000 which is a great loss...but honestly tired of paying for something we no longer need or use. It was awesome when we had a store there and went to crab island or the harbor...ice and drinks were already in the boat...and after a long day would bring back for them to wash and store...meanwhile we had a clubhouse to shower, jump in pool, or sit down and relax with a cool drink or food. I would not change this experience we shared with kids or friends...we all enjoyed it for sure.
