I've got a 35 ft. wet slip in Harbour Village Marina in Hampstead for rent/lease. The slip has shore power and a dock box on site. Dock is constructed out of high end trex style decking. Lessee must obtain a minimum $500k liability/fuel spillage insurance policy and is responsible for the utility bill for shore power. $250 per month negotiable with a signed lease.
