For rent: 40' wet boat slip.
The slip allows 10% overage so total 44ft.
It's a full liveaboard slip with access To a beautiful fully loaded clubhouse. Must use the showers and laundry in clubhouse when living aboard and use a biodegradable soap for dishes and sink. Has amazing wifi that never goes out. Plenty of parking with permit. The marina is sheltered as well so the water is nice and calm. Has cable and electric is metered. Renters must pass a background check and use MIMA lease. Renters would be responsible to pay a $25 a month surcharge for power/cable hookups. This is Standard at MIMA. Then pay the electric used on a monthly basis. Must have a liability policy for 1 million on boat Or an umbrella policy on home covering the watercraft difference totaling a million.
Here’s is a break down of fees.
There is a monthly liveaboard fee to marina if living full time. The fee is $150 for the months you are living aboard which would be on top of the rent of $600. Then there is a monthly surcharge for electric in the amount of $25 when living aboard an additional $25. So total live aboard fees $200 to the marina and $600 rent to the slip owner. If you rent a slip through the marina it’s $967.83 a month total. I own the slip so through me it’s a $167.83 savings. Live aboard not required but optional.
$600 per month
