Comes with water and electric, beautiful location and grounds. A signed lease for August, September, October, and up to November 15th, is required (4 months). $775. per month, take 10% off if you pay in full up front. If you need a shorter term, let me know and we can work something out.
The docks are fixed docks, Tide Slides are installed in this slip. The marina also has a full-time Dockmaster and a part-time Dockmaster. The marina also has a pump out, no liveaboards. Yacht club atmosphere.
